Once the parcel arrives we refund to the original payment method within three business days. If a garment turns up damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size because we picked it wrong, we cover the return postage and send the right one. Send a photo and we will sort it out without making you post anything back. Sale items are returnable on the same terms. We are not running a trap.
